Players receive status, applicable reasons, deadlines, and a channel for appealing an adjustment.
What fair play requires
- Solve the official puzzle yourself without another person, solver, automation, or external solution source.
- Use only the tools and client behavior permitted for that event.
- Do not share, stream, or disclose an active official puzzle during its protected window.
- Use one eligible account and do not manipulate region, identity, timing, or submission records.
- Report technical issues honestly and preserve the submission receipt when available.
